The Team

Andreas Hardt was part of the 'Artificial Intelligence Program' at Oxford and studied 'Data Science in Real Estate' at MIT School of Architecture and Planning in Cambridge.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, holds an MSc in Real Estate and a Diploma in Real Estate Economics.

Before HardtRock, Andreas served as Head of Germany for Oxford Properties, Canada's largest pension fund, and for Blackstone PM, the world's leading private equity firm. Prior to that, he was Director Central Region at Goldman Sachs/Archon.

His track record includes transactions of over €13 bn and assets under management of over €16 bn in office, retail, logistics, light industrial, and residential real estate.
