Andreas Hardt war vor der Gründung von HardtRock Deutschlandchef von Oxford Properties, Kanadas größtem Pensionsfonds und von Blackstone, der weltweit grössten Private-Equity Gesellschaft.

Zuvor war er Director Central Region bei Goldman Sachs/Archon.

Seine Erfolgsbilanz umfasst Transaktionen von über € 13 Mrd. und das Management von über  € 16 Mrd. in Büro, Einzelhandels- und Logistikimmobilien, sowie grossen Wohnungsbeständen.

Andreas ist Fellow der Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Master of Science in Real Estate, Dipl.-Immobilienökonom, war Teil des Artificial Intelligence Programms der Universität Oxford und des Data Science in Real Estate Programms des MIT Cambridge.
